Conducted job analysis, evaluated existent hiring and testing programs, and designed and oversaw the rollout of new interview and skills assessment program. Deliverables included a new interview package, personality assessment, and consulting on the use of virtual reality shoot/don’t shoot style simulation environment.

Produced the “Open Mind” city-wide interactive adventure simulation during the city of Austin’s SXSW Film Festival, including large cast, multiple venues, and filmmaking production.

Designed and led the operation of a virtual reality training game for adolescent girls. Using remote delivery from Orlando to Miami, the system involved 18 personnel and helped middle school girls develop skills to resist peer pressure.
Delivered consulting to Business School students in the study of auditor training using INTERACTORS to simulate client confrontations.
