There are
several problems
with most
interviews

Precision Interviewing
is how you
solve them

Most interviews are boiler plate and miss the pertinent details of the role to be filled. What you end up with are answers to questions that don’t provide insight about how qualified the candidate is or how well they fit the role.
Our Precision Job Analysis ensures that the competencies, knowledge, skills, and abilities demanded by the role inform the interview design.

Most interview questions are poorly written. Often they don’t focus on the important information to be gleaned. Most interviews also don’t assess personality characteristics to determine if candidates have the optimal underlying traits to succeed in the role.
Our Precision Interview Design ensures that questions ascertain whether a candidate is skilled in the necessary areas, and how well their personality empowers them to utilize those skills to perform.

Most interviewers don’t know the tools of interrogation and interpersonal behavior to facilitate a useful, reliable interview. It can be difficult to ask hard questions in a way that is both comfortable for the candidate AND ensures information is gathered accurately, fairly, and without bias. Interviewers often lead candidates, or fail to take note of what candidates DON’T say.
Our Precision Interviewers are trained in techniques from law enforcement and interactive performance. This training allows our Interviewers to make candidates feel comfortable while also drawing out information candidates may not want to reveal, but our Interviewers also know how to probe fairly to discern the information that candidates may simply not be able to articulate.

Choose the elements you require
